Sufi is the founder and CTO of XOVO Technologies, a company with offices in Lahore, Pakistan and Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia, where he leads engineering for agentic AI and automation systems.
At XOVO he owns the engineering decision that every other decision depends on: how much a system is allowed to do without a person in the room. His approach is to let an agent earn autonomy gradually, giving it more of a workflow only once it has shown it handles the current scope correctly.
His engineering work spans agentic AI systems, chatbot and RAG architecture, generative AI integration, and full-stack and SaaS development, together with the guardrails and evaluation that keep those systems in check. He has built 16 services and 11 products at XOVO.
