Syeda Kinza Batool

Kinza is the co-founder and CEO of XOVO Technologies, a company with offices in Lahore, Pakistan and Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia. She leads business strategy and client delivery: she decides which problems the company takes on, owns client relationships and hiring, and oversees go-to-market for the design, marketing and SEO service lines.

She qualifies each engagement before it is quoted and stays involved through delivery. Her focus areas are agentic AI use-case scoping and go-to-market, enterprise AI strategy, brand and marketing oversight, and delivery oversight.

Her view of AI work is that the projects that pay off are the ones scoped around a real bottleneck in the client’s business, not around a technology, and that the bottleneck has to be found before anything is built.
